Aside from the singer, these guys might be the world’s ugliest band. Also, the hook in the song is “Are we human, or are we dancer?”
I don’t know what that means. Is he talking about one of Santa’s reindeer? Is dancer supposed to be an adjective?
I watched this and had pretty much the exact same reaction to the lyrics. “What?” Then I visited my parents on Sunday, and my mom was like “Did you watch Saturday Night Live? I really liked that band the Killers!” So I just don’t know what to make of that performance at all.
BUT: I love their drummer’s Drum Faces. It’s always nice for me to see other people who have absolutely no control over their facial expressions whilst they drum. Involuntary grimaces all over the place.
My results thus far have been inconclusive.
